    陆妙卿律师，广东潮州人，户籍深圳，毕业于西北政法学院（西安），获法学学士学位，2000年以潮州市第一名的成绩通过律师资格考试，现执业于广东环宇京茂律师事务所（广州）。能熟练使用英语、国语（普通话）、粤语（白话、广州话）、潮州话与客户沟通。

    陆律师具有丰富的处理民商事案件和刑事案件的经验，尤其擅长股权转让、债权债务、合同纠纷、土地房产、国际贸易、外商投资、工伤赔偿、劳动仲裁、商标专利和经济刑事案件。善于把握案件关键点，具有灵活辩论技巧和快速应变能力，在民商事案件中为当事人争取最大权益，在刑事案件上为犯罪嫌疑人争取最好的处理结果。

    陆律师具有丰富的国际贸易经验，掌握进出口公司的业务流程和国际规则，长期作为随行顾问和“外商采购代表”参加中国进出口商品交易会（广交会），协助客户进行商业谈判，审核商业合同，为客户调查供货商或采购商的资信状况，监控供货商的交货进程或采购商的履约能力，降低购销风险，数次为客户成功追讨回被欠货款。 陆律师已协助多家境外公司在中国成立外资公司和代表处，为外商申请在华居留证，并为企业订立周密的知识产权保护规划，最大程度地保护企业的专利权、商标权、商业秘密和商业信誉。
陆律师具有扎实深厚的法学理论基础，曾任学术刊物《西部法律评论》的主编；其论文《论罗马法的夫妻财产制及其对我国婚姻立法的启示》发表于陕西出版社出版的《求知与探索》；论文《沉默权探源及其现实分析》获“优秀科研成果奖”，发表于《西部法苑》；论文《我国应承认物权行为》被评为“优秀论文”。
