成 永，中国共产党员，大沧海律师事务所郑州分所执业律师。1996年毕业于河南财经学院，主修企业管理专业。曾在企业决策层从事经营管理工作三年，后历记者、编辑等职业。因出于强烈的社会责任心和对律师职业的酷爱，自学通过了全国律师资格统一考试，自2000年10月从事律师执业工作至今。律师执业生涯虽然起步不久，满腔为弱者呐喊之工作热情及为法律拂尘的强烈职业责任感在刑事、商业贸易、经济及民事等法律维权实务方面已经有了充分的体现。现已被聘为河南省律协行政专业委员会、河南省律协医事专业委员会委员，郑州市行政专业委员会委员、郑州市律协刑事辩护专业委员会委员，同时志愿为河南省律协未成年保护委员会、河南省民营经济研究会等公益性组织提供积极服务。
执业过程主要有以下积累：
一、
刑事辩护方面：
多次介入重大职务犯罪（如2001年-2004年历时三年之久的郑州铁路局实业公司的涉嫌挪用公款案等）、黑社会犯罪集团（如宋刘根集团案件、郑州市东建材涉黑火并案等）等有重大社会影响的案件，或接受指派提供刑事辩护援助。辩护意见屡被人民法院审判合议庭采纳或认同，典型案件的精彩辩护词多次被国内各大刊物、法律门户网站收录。
二、 民商经济方面：
（一）诉讼业务：多次为损害赔偿案件仗义执言、据理力争，为复杂经济大案清理思路、衡平利弊，彰显了诉讼成本和效率、公平的统一。受案范围涉及上海、北京、西安等国内重点城市，2005年度曾成功提请河南省检察院抗诉了两起民商案件，还法律以尊严、还当事人以公道。
（二）非诉讼业务：曾参与重大商业谈判近百次，先后为国家卫生部中预科的企业改制、郑州市西三环沿线城中村改造工程等重大项目提供法律服务。现为省会数家企业提供常年法律顾问服务。擅长房地产、企业股份制改造、资产重组、金融、证券、合同纠纷和民事赔偿等非诉讼和诉讼案，为企业经营、投资、策划、预防纠纷、起草各类法律文本尤显见长。
三、社会公益方面：
2000年以来，曾在国内各大法律门户网站以网名“平民律师”（ｑｑ：34139324）、“yourlawyer”、“法律人说法”等网名为全国各地需要服务者提供免费咨询和帮助。多次为涉嫌死刑的被告、无力承担代理费的合法权益受害者提供免费法律服务。因办理案件而发的立法建议曾直接上书全国人大法工委、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院等。

法学理论研究方面：
多次为省会各高校客串讲座，应约为各报刊发表评析意见、撰写文章。曾经获奖的论文有《律师法律服务业务的开拓与规范》、《试论政府法律顾问的角色定位》、《浅析办理医患纠纷案件的法律障碍》（获省级交流二等奖）、《浅析律师办理刑事辩护中应争取的权利》（获市级交流二等奖）、《半边天空的霹雳－－浅议家庭暴力与妇女权益保护》（获网络征文评比一等奖）、《论限制律师查档权之行政行为的可诉性》（获省级交流三等奖）、《关于对无罪辩护的理性思考》（获市级交流一等奖）等。作品曾多次提交中南六省（区）律师协作研讨会上及河南省律协、郑州市律协各法律业务专业委员会交流均获好评。
